After downloading/installing my game I saw that none of my subscriptions were there! No maps, no decals, nothing. Unfortunately it had to be wiped clean and I lost all of my computer files - including games (steam). For those of you who are having difficulties downloading all those subs to a new hard drive here is a possible solution that worked for me.
